Description / Abstract
This study explores indicators of sprinting ability in Division 2 female Track and Field athletes, while also suggesting a protocol for athlete monitoring within the sport of Track and Field. Statistical analysis resulted in significant use of vertical jump height for predicting 10- and 40-meter sprint performances.
